Your total movement for the round can't exceed double your mounted speed. You must decide to use this ability before the results are revealed. Normal: When you are using a shield with which you are not proficient, you take the shield's armor check penalty on attack rolls and on all skill checks that involve moving. A spellcaster can't use a metamagic feat to alter a spell being cast from a wand, scroll, or other device. You cannot use this feat to create any spell-trigger or spell-activation item. Benefit: To use this feat, you must make a single unarmed attack as a standard action. Benefit: You can shoot or throw ranged weapons at an opponent engaged in melee without taking the standard –4 penalty on your attack roll. Normal: You normally add only half of your Strength modifier to damage rolls made with a weapon wielded in your off-hand. Benefit: You treat your total Hit Dice as your base attack bonus when calculating your Combat Maneuver Defense (see Combat). See the magic item creation rules in Magic Items for more information.
