The new behind-the-scenes trailer for "The Outpost" lays out how the film intends to tell the story of one of the most desperate battles of America's recent wars. Battle Royale was the final film by the Japanese exploitation master Kinji Fukasaku, who was 70 at the time, and he clearly put everything he had into it. Interestingly, another one of the greatest battle scenes of all time also occurs at Normandy.
The site's critical consensus reads, "Overlong and overly burdened with war movie clichés, Battle: Los Angeles will entertain only the most ardent action junkies".
